Eaten here several times since opening and it is always fantastic. Clean, very helpful staff and delicious food. It is more expensive than Subway, but it is a MUCH better establishment in terms of food quality and taste.
It feels so nice having another sub place option in a town that has been dominated by Subway.

My visit today was awesome. The 2 young ladies working Kilo and Raven did amazing. I knew they were busy when I went in since there was a line. They also was short a person and had a lot of online orders. I spoke with the ladies and told them to keep up the amazing job 👏. They were happy and pleasant working very quickly. I didn't see anything negative between the 2 and they had great team work and communications.

I was just in your store around 6:00 PM I waited for15 minutes for the young lady to make one sub .she was new so I was patient ,what frustrated me and disgusted me is when I got up to pay for my food .the young lady took my cash without changing her gloves , use those same gloves to touch and wrap my sandwich .I was furious ,I held my composure . the customer behind me told her in a very polite manner that she should change her gloves before touching people food .the cashier got and agitated and it showed in her actions when she changed her gloves. With all viruses going around I was furious watching her do this .the person in charge said absolutely nothing. I do enjoy the food but I highly doubt if I will ever visit your store . I truly don’t feel that you or your staff care about health and sanitation, safety and customer service.

Ordered food online. Got there when it was suppose to be ready. Was told the order was on the grill. 30 minutes later , was told it had been ready for 20 minutes. Turns out they had 2 orders with the same first mane, but they had been told 3 times the full name on the order. Turns out that they wait till they have 8 hot orders before they start using the grill. All cold orders get fix first.
The food was very tasteless and the bread was tough to chew. Ordering online doesn't make the wait any less. Was given a very insincere apology for the wait.
Will not go back for a long time.
Maybe they will have it together by then.

First of all, this is my opinion after about 10 times coming here, I think I got a pretty good idea of this place. Is it more expensive than subway? Yes. Is the food better than subway? Oh heck yes. I really don't understand the negative views. This place is clean, the people working here are awesome,(no, don't know them personally). But omg, they make the absolute best subs in town. Been eating subs in this one horse town for 40+ years and to put it lightly, I'll never eat at subway again. You get what you pay for here. My favorite? Club sub Supreme, Mike's way. You want go wrong. Would've taken a picture of it, but it was so good, didn't have time.
