We visited Jaffa Restaurant for lunch. It has good ambience and food but owner/ operator is dishonest and lacks integrity. When we placed our orders two other families with middle eastern ethnicity also came in for lunch. Even when we were first and not with any crazy order( Shawarma, Falafal, Milk shake and cheese burger) we were served last. Server got our cheese burger order wrong, got chicken tenders instead. We sent the order back as our kid, only wanted cheese burger as she had ordered. When server got the new (supposed to be cheese burger we had originally ordered) server acknowledged this is cheese burger but it was chicken tenders sliced and placed inside buns, again not a cheese burger and kid was left hungry. They did not charge us for the order but trying to fool your customers is not a good thing. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Tea service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely tea service and charming ambiance. Large glass mug with saucer, the suggestion of fresh mint almost had me give it a 5 star even though no a teapot or loose leaf. I can really taste the mint flavor with the black tea . I was concerned the the baklava didn’t have a thick enough layer off of pistachios but the flavor of pastry was DELICIOUS and warm. Would definitely get it again. Got the lentil soup to go and I loved it later at home. Didn’t try very many menu items , but I was truly pleased with everything I tried and will try more.
