Burgers go soggy really quickly, but have great flavor and are pretty big. Takes a while to get your food, so I would not recommend if you are in a hurry. Workers are friendly. Yummy in my tummy. Food is always super delicious and filling no matter what I’ve ordered. Staff is always friendly, courteous and smiling. The place is kept clean so you hardly ever see dirty tables. Three TVs always has on a game, a news channel and a kids show. If you’ve never been here then you really NEED to go! A really good quality burger with thick cut fries. The burger doesn’t feel greasy and the fries are seasoned well. Everything is reasonably priced and the soda machine has a great selection of drinks. The kiosk is a bit weird to use, but you can always order in person. Great spot for a great value burger meal. Family favorite. Great prices. They serve Iron Port and pastrami burgers and deep fried scones. Great place to go for a true Utah culinary experience. If you miss Rocky Mountain Drive Inn, this is the same place!! They moved here a few years ago. They also have banana milk!!! This is a nice hole in the wall off Center St. Wasn't too hard to find. Good amount of parking on side streets. When we first walked in, there was a small step down. The atmosphere is pretty chill. Well lit, spacious, plenty of seating. You can order at a kiosk or with the cashier. She was pretty nice and helped recommend some stuff for our first time there. I got an Avacado and Swiss burger with onion rings. My girlfriend got a cheeseburger with fries. Overall, it was pretty good. Burger patties could have been a little bigger, but reasonable for the price. Would recommend if you're in the mood for a good burger 🍔. This place is legit. No frills but solid food, and great service. I like the simple atmosphere. I came in like 4 minutes before close to order, and they had no problem with it… that’s some customer retention right there! 👌🏻 And their shakes are 🔥. I got a cherry shake, and man, the ice cream they use, it’s dense. … UPDATE (10 minutes later) … The shakes are REAL GOOD. Just fyi. Way better than any shake I’ve had around yet. WAY, better. … ALSO … It ain’t a gourmet burger restaurant my friend. It’s a tasty deal, and the prices reflect that. And seriously, get a shake. Hidden gem, great quality, low prices. Stopped in here because Tommy’s across the street was closed. I’d never heard of JJ’s but I’m glad I found it. The friendly counter girl recommended the double bacon Swiss and it was the right move. Burger was hot and fresh and all topics looked like a commercial. Onion rings were hot and crispy. Patties are small and thin like Five Guys style, so get the double for sure. Portion size is lower than some other place but the full combo including a drink was like 13 bucks and change… about what a double bacon burger alone would be at somewhere like JCW’s. I wish my family lived closer; this would be a great place to feed kids well for cheap. I’ll definitely be back. I really enjoyed this place. It’s definitely a better burger place in Provo! The inside was nice and clean, and staff were helpful with recommendations. I got the double bacon Swiss burger, which had a really good sauce. The Oreo shake tasted good and the scones were very delicious. I can see myself coming back here very soon. Great place! The prices seemed lower than other fast food restaurants today. The burger was like a McDonald's burger but made with love. I loved the scones as my side. What a fun idea! They were so delicious. They also had a wonderful variety of mix ins for milkshakes. This is like some underground burger place. I've been in Provo for 3 years and never heard if it. Great place!
