There have been several times where I wll call in my order and they say it'll be 25 minutes. But when I get there, I still have to wait another 25 minutes because the food is somehow not ready. I once called in an order an hour before arriving and still had to wait 45 minutes. That's unacceptable. Don't tell me the food will be ready in 25 minutes if you're going to wait until I get to the restaurant to start cooking it. The food's okay, but the wait times are ridiculous, and staff can be rude and curt both over the phone and in person.

Literally the WORST bbq chicken I've ever had!!! It was SO DRY I COULDNT EAT IT, it was like it was over cooked about 3 hours or recooked to dehydration...HOW IS A LEG OR THIGH EVER THIS DRY...then it says it half a chicken BUT ITS NOT......I was trying to give it them the benefit of the doubt cause it was like this last time. If any LEGIT BBQ SPOT OPENED NEAR BY THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Food was terrible fish old ribs burn the food is getting to be really bad selling old food that should be trash daily what going on Joe like. Waste of money with your chicken old as hell stop wasting people money not happy at all !!!

Would not recommend unless you want food poisoning. Ordered rib tips vomiting for 2 days. Crazy we're in 2024 and businesses like this are still open calling the health department for sure

I order off grub hun xl tip and 4 wings the tips were scraps and wings were fried so hard you couldn’t even chew. Do not recommend at all. Very disappointed
