Bought two KFC chicken pies at the Altoona location via Drive-thru and took home.
When I opened the containers at home, I saw that the top crust was sunken in the middle on both pies.
When I cut into the pies, the reason for the sunken crust was that there was not a lot of volume of food under the crust.....mostly sauce/gravy with some vegetables and not much chicken....There was empty space between the crust and the food beneath it,causing the crust to sag down in a shape of a bowl.
It seemed like whomever made that batch of pies skimped on the filling.
The top crust should be at least level or higher than the top of the pie pan ...They basically did not put enough filling in the pies.

I have never hated a restaurant more than this one. This is the second time I have placed an online order, I go to it and they have a sign on the door saying they don’t open until 11:30. Every single time I have been there they open late. I can’t even get a refund on the app until assistants are available. This is ridiculous and SAD. Disable your mobile orders if you aren’t going to open till later than the time your supposed too. This restaurant does this daily I believe.

Ordered a 6pc tender I originally just wanted a 4 piece but just the box and it was $17 for THIS. This is ridiculous. I thought maybe the tenders would’ve been huge but when seeing them this tiny and nothing else with it. I’m very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Ordered a 4pc tender meal and a 3pc tender meal, and an added order of mashed potatoes and gravy. Received a 4pc tender with very tiny tenders and not quite sure what the other box is. Tried to call and nobody would answer the phone.

On December 14, 2023 at approximately 16:42.p.m. my daughter, and I arrived at Kentucky Fried Chicken located at 594 West Plank road in Altoona. Fast forward to our arrival home. I immediately called them to alert them to our misfortune. We had ordered (2) tender meals 1 with fries, and the other with mashed potatoes. These tenders are absolutely horrible, never in my life until now did I ever encounter hard dry tenders, and French fries. I was told to bring the meals back to be replaced. But they wasn't offering anything in the way of gas. So, I couldn't afford to take them back. I will be calling their corporate office in regards, as well as making them Facebook famous!
Always seems to be an issue trying to get any bigger order, or it'll be 15 minutes before it's ready. I go to the State College KFC for my chicken fix

My wife go to KFC'S and ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner, we ordered extra crispy 12 piece dinner but only wanted legs and thighs with large macaroni and cheese large coleslaw and large sweet corn was told that we ordered a special bucket and would have to wait out front for 45minutes okay we waited for and hour and a half got home only to find out are ordered was wrong our sides was wrong we got all breast and wings and it wasn't extra crispy. We called and talked to manger and was told our name would go into there book and when we was ready to get our order bring our ticket and give name and they would replace meal , called the restaurant and was hung up on and can't get meal replace. Will not go there again
