This location sucks,sucks,sucks. I've been to this location 3 times since it first opened. Each time I figured I'd give it another chance. My stupidity. I've never been so disappointed in a kfc like this one. Every time the chicken is either old or cold and tough. At other locations it's great. I suggest you just close your door and dissappear,at least you will for me cause I'll never waste my time or money at the phelan location. Churches has it figured out. We ordered a late meal because it one of the only places open after 8 pm we ordered and 8 pc original and the chicken looked and tasted like it’s been sitting for days. It took 10 minutes and we were the only people inside. The biscuits were as hard as a rock the only thing edible was the slaw and mashed potatoes. I immediately called them, when we got home and they don’t answer. I will follow up with owner and corporate. order: 2 famous bowls, 2 large drinks, side of gravy and a side of slaw. they filled both sides half way up. the collar was warm. the famous bowl was nasty. the potatoes tasted like plastic was seeping into them from the container. total cost: 30 bucks and a empty stomach for dinner. thanks kfc Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
