I was running late and stop by this evening to pick up some chicken. The manager Stephanie there was extremely sweet and kind. She was very friendly and this place needs more people like her. Customer service is awful. Drive thru girl got mad at me for trying to order three separate orders (small ones) and said she’d only do two. So I agreed, then when I got to the window, the girl was clearly irritated and said “hold on”, only coming back to the window saying “people be ignorant as hell.” I’d be mad if I had to work at KFC, too, but learn some common decency. I’ll be damned if I ever go back here again. Service: 1
