If you are hungry don't come here, if you order something here the waiting time for your order is 45 minutes on average. They don't have any coordination within themselves, don't know how to operate the ordering machine. Always wrong orders with a very long waiting time. I returned my whole order after receiving it after 1 hour with poor quality and cold burgers. Would never go again in this branch. If you're in a rush, don't bother going here! Wait times are awful due to chronic understaffing. The food is alright and about what you'd expect but the service is atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place needs an overhaul of the entire operation. 1. Service is run by children no supervisor / manager to delegate the work. Most of the time they are just talking and walking around no knowing what to do. 2. Waiting time is ridiculers 45-1h for a bucket. 3. I ordered variety bucket, and 2 pieces were missing. 4. Quality control is non-existent. 5. Tables and environment need regular cleaning. It is just a matter of time before someone going to get food poisoning at this place. Day by day they shrink the size of the chickens :)))). I paid 22 euros for this portion!!! Tables are dirty and there is a continuous noise of fridge...never try it again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We waited 48 minutes since we ordered until we got the food on the table. But this is the 3rd time the chicken are not hot enough. It was a little cold already AS ALWAYS. This will be our last time visiting this restaurant here.
