Knife Edge Brewing was more than just excellent! Their handmade pizzas mirrored authentic Italian in all respects. I was stationed in Italy for 5 years, with several return trips afterwards, so I think I can rate pizza quality reasonably well; Thin crust, fresh ingredients, totally delicious.
Service was excellent and quick, and the staff very friendly. Oh, and their craft beer selection was good too.
Two suggestions for the owners: 1. Place laminated placards by each type of pizza at the Tuesday night pizza buffet table, so that patrons will know what they’re taking; especially if someone has ingredient allergies. 2. The pizza buffet table needs a food warmer above the pizza trays; some of the pizzas were cold.
Definitely a place for a return trip.

Wow. Great views, great vibes, great live music in a low key great setting. My wife and 2 youngest boys had a blast. The Pizza, just way to good! Plan to be back for this real deal out in the middle of the woods. Can't get enough, the IPA was great!

Good food. Lovely place and great vibes. But Please please provide reusable cups, plates and cutlery. All this single use, whether it’s compostable or not is so bad- for our health and environment. It just does not go with the gorgeous setting. Thanks in advance

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered, to the explanation of seating, ordering of food and drink. The building is beautiful, the scenery breathtaking, and the food delicious. The beer was good, with a small array of choices. 10/4/23 returned and all was good, even the beer with the expanded selection. The beer selection made it worthwhile passing up our all time fav PBR!

If I’d hadn’t read other reviews I would have been concerned about the pitch black dark dirt road. A very nice building appears, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Parking lot was full but restaurant was not - they have some sort of overnight accommodations on site as well.
Ordered our food & beer at the counter and found a seat - no table service here. Relaxed atmosphere.
Wings came with the sauce flavor on the side but the flavors were not needed. The pizza is big enough for 2 people (not 2 hikers) with leftovers. Everything tasted good.
Worth the drive.

What a find today in this establishment. The craft beer was some of the best I've tasted. Our oven pizzas (brisket BBQ and meat lovers pizzas with bread sticks) were absolutely top shelf!!! The place just had an excellent vibe to it. I'd highly recommend you stop in and see for yourself. Note: if I didn't have to drive my street bike I'd of literally stayed all afternoon.

Great pizza and excellent beer. I'm not a huge IPA guy, I usually stick to a lager or pils, but I would strongly recommend the Cloud Works IPA. It's not excessively hoppy, has distinct citrus notes, and goes down smoother than any IPA I've had to date.
