We ordered a cake for my sons 5th birthday, unfortunately, the order was not received even though I had a confirmation email. Shannon at the Ft. Mitchell bakery, was amazing! She had my sons cake done in 15 minutes despite having other duties. I am so appreciative and thankful for this experience! Thank you, Shannon! You deserve to be recognized ❤️
