NEVER AGAIN! Entered at 7:20 and left at 8 for two drinks. Employees had no hustle at all. Checking phone between drinks and meandering in the back, making everyone else's drinks before ours, it was ridiculous!!! No apology for the 40+ minute wait when we finally picked up. It was insane. It’s good for if you know what you want and how you want it but it might be confusing for if you’re trying boba for the first time and have no idea what to choose. 2 stars because the coconut milk tea was pretty good but other than that the service was bland. The cashier that took our order was quiet as a mouse and didn’t ask us how we would like it. Also we thought they closed at 10 so we got there around 9:15 and then a guy came out from the back to put chairs and tables up as we were sitting there without mentioning anything to us, he just gave us bad looks..
