Although Boba provided some of the best food I've had, I must say that the service was quite disappointing. The staff member at the counter disregarded our presence upon entering and simply handed us our drinks without any communication was some of the best I've had. However, the service was horrible. The girl working the counter ignored us as we walked in and then just handed us our drinks without saying anything.

I went for the limited time Spirit Spooky Slush, and it was SO good! If you like matcha and Oreo, you have to try it! The service was great, and fast! It was clean, and not busy. I went on a Saturday around 6pm. They also sell some Pokémon cards, plushies, and key chains, and there are board games inside to play.

I’ve gotten drinks here a few times and service has been friendly each time. Love the drinks from here especially since they have drinks that use lactaid which is easy on my lactose intolerance.

I was excited that kung fu tea is now opening in Fresno. Unfortunately, the milk tea here taste like water down, nothing like the other kung fu tea locations in SoCal. Friendly staff and service though.
