La Sucriere in Saint Martin is a delightful café offering a cozy atmosphere and a wide variety of baked goods. We visited several times during our stay and consistently enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The bagel with salmon is a must-try, but you can't go wrong with any of their fresh croissants, baguettes, or pastries. Great spot for good quality, reasonably priced baked goods. The line can get long (out the door) so I’d avoid peak times. The back patio is nice, but there was quite a bit of noisy construction going on while we were there. The best pastry’s and sandwhichs on the Dutch side. A must do/try while you’re visiting on the island. Go early it can get pretty busy. Try one of EVERYTHING if you can. Ha.
