Fantastic food, excellent service and hands down the best bistro in Istanbul. I the luxury of staying across the street so was able to eat there regularly. After the first visit I became a regular and after the second visit I became a friend. I can’t say enough great things about Chef Carlos and his amazing staff. Top notch food, attentive service, great music and overall amazing vibes. While there is an impressive Michelin star restaurant across the street, I would dine at Le Cuistot Bistro any day. Chef Carlos himself is a generous, instantly lovable person and impressive chef. Mussels, pepper steak, and the fish special for two were our favorite items. They also make a hell of a cocktail and have a great selection of Turkish wines. If you are new to Istanbul and want to feel like you’ve met life long friends then get on over there for a bite, a drink or just to soak in good vibes. Thanks Carlos and Team!

C’etait une belle soiree chez le chef Carlos même s'il n'était pas là à cause de sa maladie. Tous etaient delicieux et savoureux. L’ambiance surtout la musique etait superbe. Les employés sont compétents et respectueux. C'était impressionnant de voir le portrait d'Atatürk à l'entrée.. Merci bien ❤️
