Léon - Angers-Beaucouze Restaurant in Beaucouze

Léon - Angers-Beaucouze is a great restaurant to visit with friends and family. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is of great quality. The moules de bouchots were delicious, although a bit disappointed when ordering moules Léon or moules with mushrooms as there was no cream, only a mariniere sauce. Desserts are great, especially the Nutella gaufre, but it seems to be more for children. The carbonnade was good, but there was not much quantity of meat. The cheeseburger was dry and lukewarm. The moules marinière lacked flavour, and the moules à la crème had no taste at all. Fries were not very crispy and there was not enough of them. The barbe à papa was a nice surprise. Prices are a bit high, but you can benefit from discounts. There is a children's area which is well stocked. Overall, it is a pleasant experience and the staff are always helpful.
