Amazing fresh, healthy food! I really like the options!!!!!!! Super convenient on my app to pay and not have to stop at a fast food place! Same quality as I make at home!

WOW!!!!! I am honestly impressed!!! I travel for wrk and go to many different lifetimes across the country so far this life cafe has best hands down tasting and flavoring good 👍 and their menu has more options , and to think I was going to get some chipotle after this . I am satisfied 5 stars for you guys ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have enjoyed the food and especially my the smoothies. They have variety and meet my dietary needs. I enjoy them as post workout protein with added benefits.

I really like that everything here is healthy and fresh, but they upped their prices $2 on most things like a month or two ago … so it’s not really affordable anymore for a regular stop. $10 for a smoothie is pretty unreasonable.

We were traveling along I-80 and wanted a healthy place to eat. We gave this a try and were very happy. It is attached to the Lifetime Fitness Gym, but they let us into the Cafe. The front desk and cafe staff were great and super helpful. The options were exactly what we needed and tasted amazing. The kids were happy with their options and the adults we pleased to stay on track. We would highly recommend Lifetime!

Went here earlier today, and had a horrible experience. It took us 20 minutes to order, and about 45 minutes to get our food. The food I got wasn't very good. Also, the tables were not wiped down, and were very gross. Don't come here unless you want a bag of chips.

The staff is great and food is amazing. It is full of flavor yet still healthy. The are also great options for kids!
