Customer service is TERRIBLE. Young employees talking to customers rudely and threatening to fight customers. They Make pizzas NOT as advertised, then tell the customer “that’s what you ordered” the pizza looked nothing like it was supposed to. But they said “that’s how we make it here” im sorry but that is false advertisement. Save yourself some trouble and take your business else where!! Horrible employees!! I live very close to this location, and we come here fairly often. For the most part, it is what I have come to expect from Little Caesars, however the last few visits have been disappointing. We are notified through the app that our pizza is ready to pick up from the portal, but we arrive and it isn't in there and we end up having to wait an additional 5-10 minutes. And like tonight, workers have earpods in, are on their phones and display a complete lack of awareness to the customers. Do better.
