We've ordered from here before without any problems and the food was great. However we tried to order delivery, they use doordash, and 3 different drivers tried to pick up the order. When we called the store they told us they didn't have the ingredients to make the pizzas?! After requesting a refund they refused, saying we received the product. My wife which is handicap and I visited little Ceasars on 2/16/24 upon pulling in we looked for a handicap ♿ parking spot but it was occupied by an individual inside so we had to park on the back side of the store and walk around to the front door. Upon entering The cashier was asking that individual that was parked in the handicapped spot, her hours of availability instead of assisting us then she turned to us and asked us what we wanted, that's when our visit got even worse. We ordered 2 deep dish pizza's @ $8.99 each she said our total would be $26.00 and change. We said that's not correct they are only $ 8.99 she said no they are $10.99 I said your sign says $8.99 so you have to sell it as advertised she basicly said take it or leave it. Also they were making pizza with bare hands. We left🤔 im going on an all out social media blitz to tell all my followers on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & tictoc about the little Ceasars on van Buren in eden nc.
