I have been really disappointed with this branch and their service. They gave us pizzas that we didn't order and refused to fix their mistake or issue a refund. We are not expecting high quality pizzas for the price, but we expect the product we order or a call saying that it is unavailable. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

EDIT: I’ve come back to this location to give it another chance as it’s been over a year. It took over an hour to get my food due to understaffing and some of their co-workers not showing up (with no notice), but the food was cooked thoroughly and was cut properly. Staff also seemed very overwhelmed, arguing with each other in the kitchen loud enough for customers to hear. The location also wasn’t as dirty and dusty as before, but still could use some work. What this place needs is better management skills and more unity. With that, these issues should resolve itself. This place is DISGUSTING. When I walked in there was dust and dirt scattered all over the restaurant. Food took 45 minutes to come out after ordering because there were teenagers goofing off in the back. Staff was also rude and talked bad about the customers in front of them. Pizza was barely cut and the dough was undercooked. Whatever you do, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION-- IT SUCKS! They almost never get my order right. The Crazy Bread and the brownies were good. However, we ordered the Pretzel crust pizza. It was way too salty. Instead of putting the salt on the crust, it was all over the pizza. My kiddo wouldn't even eat it, and he loves pizza! No hot and ready pizzas, 15 minute wait for a hot and ready pizza. And they got rid of the crushed red peppers and parmesan cheese packets!? That's like the best 2 condiments for pizza? And they have a broke down pinball machine that has been broken for over 10 years.
