4th time in a row I've had something missing from my order, and my 4th and last time getting something from here. Got crazy sauce, but no crazy bread this time. Pizza was well done and dry despite ordering the regular crust. Crust itself was significantly worse. Got the fanceroni pepperoni and the crust was nothing like it normally is and nothing like anything I've gotten from Little Caesar's. Was just plain dough with nothing done to it. Worst pizza place I've ever experienced. If it wasn't for liking the newer pizzas from a different Little Caesar's before moving near here, I would've never given it a 2nd chance. Always misses. When you have employees who don’t truly like their jobs you get shops like this…. Mediocre customer service drastically long wait times and subpar pizza! My first time ordering with this company and boy was I impressed. It started with the women at the desk. She greeted me respectfully and helped me with my order. I can't remember her name, but she commented on my button, and we started a small conversation. She told me she was almost 50 with children and grandchildren. She looked amazing. She had braids. I had just left Hooks where the customer service was seriously lacking. So to meet her was a breath of fresh air. Wait... I'm not done. She got off the cash register and went in the back and helped with bread sticks. Her and the gentleman named Dwayne (it says on my pizza box) worked like a unit. He was making orders non-stop. She would check in with him, and they would put other orders together. Dwayne came to the front to tell another customer that someone would be right with them. She comes from the back bagging bread sticks. It wasn't in crazy music, crazy conversations, being ignored by staff, these people take pride in their work and it shows. It's so refreshing to see people doing quality work with great customer service. I did see another young lady, and she was working quietly. Not on her phone or acting like she doesn't care to work. I just want to applaud my experience with these individuals, and I hope they know that they are valued not just at little Caesars but as people in this society. First time ordering from this company in well over 10yrs. But when I saw it on Uber eats, I said I'll give it a shot. Got it delivered from this location. First, pizza huy really screwed up my order 2 weeks ago and still trying to resolve it so I was desperate for a pizza fix. Omg was this was the best decision! I don't know who is working tonight 1/18/24 but whoever you are - my pizza was hot, fresh, presentable, perfectly cooked! But the most important thing was my entire order was there!!! Within 3 minutes of waiting, there were three order cancellations, followed by a notification by the person at the counter that they were not taking new orders because they were too busy. So, several people left - me included. The lady boxing pizza (likely a manager) was visibly pissed. If you are in this business, you know that customer service is essential. Unfortunately 2 employees were bickering for everyone in the lobby to witness. Bad service at the counter, watched the order sit on the counter while they waited on a pizza they gave to someone else to complete the order. 45 mins of nonstop H.R. nightmares while waiting on 1 cheese pizza. This black girl who is a cashier literally saw me get in the Little Caesar’s and she started doing stuff to ignore me. I got tired of waiting and he hid in the back until I left and when I left she started sweeping and laughing. She did it to someone else too. People are just plain rude here. I do not recommend this location!!!! Especially since she’s always there and she’s just so annoying with her attitude of not wanting to be there. Like, excuse me it’s not my fault that you hate your job. Do your job. I’m reporting this Little Ceasars. 😒😒😒DO BETTER 👏🏼👏🏼

ALWAYS have bad experiences here. Feels like the manager can't handle stress at all. Female in her 40s. You can't be mad that you're busy. You're in the food industry. If you can't handle the heat, maybe you're in the wrong profession. When you come ask customers if everyone has what they want and they tell you something that they pre-paid for already that is missing, it is YOUR responsibility not ours. Didn't receive 2 liter in delivery of meal deal. Called, but phone would go to machine after a few rings. Continued calling and they started hanging up as soon as the dial tone would start. Then opened my pizza box and found a dead fly. Won't even bother with the crazy bread. Pizza actually looked better than their usual, but never getting pizza from one of these places again.
