Food touching shirt and covered on the servers shirt and said I’ll re-plate it not replaced it Kids foods 15 mins late and asked to see if it’s still warm No manager review on complaint Table behind us complaint Slow on rolls and appetizer Servers not know who’s food is who’s Then brought a whole new set of food and said it was a mess up….20 minutes later when we were paying. No ask of desert. There is a reason you can walk in and get a table. Every table around us has a server apologizing. Poor management and zero leadership. The last 5 times we have done to-go, the baked potatoes have been horrible to the point we couldn't even eat them. Just sucks when you want a steak and baked potato and you can't even eat the baked potato. Meal type Dinner Food: 3

The service was above and beyond what I normally expect from any restaurant. Our waitress was the absolute best!! All of the food was so good. We did v have a bit of a wait on the dinner. But before we could complain, the waitress had already dozed the issue with the kitchen and let us know what was going on. I didn't get her name, she was pregnant. I watched her working very hard. Awesome dinner. I had the grilled chicken based on Jennifer’s recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. And the sweet potatoes are always a hit. We never had to ask for a refill and Jennifer made it a pleasant experience for my husband and I. We will definitely be back soon! The steak was A1. Only complaint is the music was a little loud. Jennifer was our server and she was so attentive and sweet and handled our kids so patiently. I will definitely be back to ask for her. Over all the food and experience was great!! Baked beans were spicy but amazing! The food was very dry and flavorless. My son's burger was extremely small, and he said it was nasty/refused to eat it. We did not feel welcomed at all and will definitely not be returning. The crab cakes were mediocre at best. The mozzarella cheese sticks were the best thing we ate hands down. Our waitress was cool and checked on us a time or two so I appreciated that.
