To crowded and nowhere to stand. I was actually so bored that I started counting people and they were well over fire code. We ordered chicken tenders, a hamburger, and a salad. The salad was so tiny I actually got 4 bites of lettuce and I was so so disappointed with it. The hamburger was ordered medium well and it came Medium rare and my son would not eat it. The chicken tenders are so small you can fit one it your mouth. Not sure why so many people pay so much to eat there. Poor amount of food for such a high price. You might also want to tell people that you literally put back on everything, some of us hate bacon. Just don't recommend. Went in there were very few people and no line. We were told to wait for a booth (no one was in any of the booths but we waited she said it would be about five minutes we waited longer a couple came in. She said to them follow me she didn’t even look at us. 3 more people came in so we just left. Bad place to go if you expect courteous service. We will not be going back nor will we suggest it to anyone. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time we eat here there is a long wait. The food quality and portions are good. They always cook the steak at the right temperature and season it well. The French onion soup is my favorite. Nice atmosphere with good service. We usually sit at the bar. Get there early. Went last night which was Sunday night around 5:30. Was told a 15 min wait and it took an hour. Me and my wife ordered filet’s. Hers was with brussels and I had asparagus. She changed to a potato. When they brought my steak out they said we are out of asparagus and take a look at my medium steak. I asked for a manager and when he came out he said sorry we are having a bad night. Not, let me cold this right. I would not take anything for free. Just wanted it cooked right with my sides. Sons chicken fingers looked odd. We ate lunch and dinner at the Oxford location and had no issues. Looks like they ran out of chicken fingers as well and went to the store and got some cheap ones.
