Excellent experience. Had dinner with friends so we were there for quite a while. We got a corner table, and our server was outstanding. She checked in with us for drinks, apetizer, food, dessert. Will go again.

While this hasn’t been my first time at Longhorn, all my previous experiences have been hit-or-miss. After many years without visiting one of their restaurants, today, we decided to visit the one located at San Patricio since the last time we had a bad experience. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, so the service was fast enough. The food quality and portions were good, but not up to the price paid. The place and table were pretty clean, and this time, no old boots smell. Overall, we had a good experience, but prices have gone up since the last time. Bathrooms could be cleaner tho.

Visiting the island, we have received an awesome service until we got here. Unfortunately, our server had a really bad attitude. First, he got upset because we ordered piña colada and he brought a limonade. We told him at the moment that was the incorrect drink, and he questioned it. On top of that, we were charged for it. We mentioned that to him when we got the receipt, and he pretty much got upset and had an attitude. Other than that food was amazing. Also, I don't know if in PR (since I live in FL), splitting the bill is an issue, but that seemed a problem to him.

The food was good and the serving size big. Easy to go for a lunch time. 🌰 🧅 onion soup was delicious and the bread, good as always. The salad was very big and fresh. Will go again any time!

Very good food and customer service was off the charts! Gave the lady a good tip! If it's your birthday they sing it to you and give you a free scoop of ice cream!
Cesar salad is the best! Croutons made on the house, romane salad and parmesan cheese slices, not dusty parmesan cheese. The meat very delicious and juicy! Broccoli steamed and seasoned!!!! Mashed potatoes loaded with bacon and cheese are off the charts!!!! UNLIMITED WHEAT BREAD WITH BUTTER!!!!! 10/10
1rst time at this location, service was okay (kind of lame), food was good but the main entrance area has a pretty bad odor and also the gentlemen's restroom had a bad smell. Wish everything was as good as the location near Plaza Centro Mall in Caguas.
