Everyone, be careful about this restaurant. It taps into everyone's sympathy. Deliberately pretending to be pitiful and making the food taste unpalatable. It makes you feel that the restaurant will close anytime and anywhere. Let everyone be afraid of store closures. You will come and consume. Loved the food, staff was very friendly. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, then I saw the portions and realized I was ordering inappropriately! In fact, the only thing I didn't care for was the sweet and sour dipping sauce and the bathroom. The bathroom was clean but a little tight. I'd highly recommend going, ill be back. WHAT A HORRIBLE MESS. The Lotus use to be such a treat to go to. The owners are obviously blind to what has happened. The whole restaurant has gone down the drain. It's filthy..the service is a joke..there is no atmosphere it's a nightmare. I remember when it was immaculate...the service..the quality of the food was top notch. What the he'll happened? I was looking so forward to returning to enjoy a great meal but the second we were seated the nightmare began. I can't believe that the owners have lost touch with reality. They couldn't even find Silverware for us...it was pathetic. This was once the best Chinese Food in the White Mountains it's a sa d day the Lotus Garden has been taken over by imposters. I will never return...but you can bet that I will be picking up the phone and dialing the Navajo County Health Department so I can inform them that the Lotus Garden no longer deserves certificate of Occupancy. I hope that the Owners open their eyes before it's too late. What a horrible loss ... What the he'll is going on? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was horrible only thing that was decent was egg flower soup ate sushi nigiri wasn't that cool. Scallops tasted funny bathroom had a moldy sink stopper on the soap dispenser. We got takeout today from here when we got home and started to make our plates, we noticed that the teriyaki chicken was cold and had very very little sauce also it was sesame chicken not teriyaki, the lo Maine was cold and tasteless, With what we paid over $50 for our food I would have expected a lot better food, never again at this place, spend your money to make your own Chinese food it will taste 10 times better than this place Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Recommended dishes Teriyaki Chicken

Excellent, friendly service. Enjoyed the food. Quaint. That was my review six years ago, the last time I ate there. Our recent experience was friendly staff, but the food was poor. The truth is, it was one of the poorest tasting meals in years. I struggled on whether to post this, because doing business is hard, and I like to be encouraging. Comida buena, nos sirvieron la comida rápido, pero nos jugaron mal con las cuentas, nos cobraron bebidas de más y nos incluyeron altas propinas sin indicar que ya iba ahí, en los tickets solo anotaron número, no lo que estaban cobrando.
