Meh... perhaps the most un-inspired dinner ever. Food is prepared without attention. The burger was mediocre and the fries awful (really). If you have a discerning palate and appreciate good food, save your money and go elsewhere. I expected more from an established Ormond Beach restaurant. Lulu's Oceanside Grill is conveniently located in Daytona. The restaurant has a great beach vibe, and incredible staff. The food was warm and excellent. We did have an awesome waitress (Sarah) who was professional, courtesy and attentive. When I travel, I value customer service as a huge mark in any business. But it is truly essential in the restaurant business. Like I mentioned the entire staff also was great including the hostess. I'd recommend the "Fish and Chips" easily because it's one of two places I've seen an insane amount of fish over batter. If you're in Daytona it's worth the visit, and definitely ask for Sarah. Sat outside on this beautiful day, great server, excellent, well presented generous portion of Ahi tuna Poké bowl and a very well done Cuban sandwich with tasty black beans and rice. I would skip the margarita which tasted more like orange juice and tequila. They could clean the outside windowsills as well they’re quite dirty. Lulu's is a gem is Ormond Beach. The service is amazing, the servers are attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. Another locals favorite spot. This restaurant has been here for a long time and for good reason. They're all focused on seafood, with great prices and ample plates. Dining room is very spacious with lots of seating outside but it was too cold for us to go outside. Arrive early as this place is always packed. It is set back off of A1A but well worth scouting out. First time had dinner in lulu’s Oceanside Grill, amazing food! They have vegan and vegetarian meals for the people who don’t eat meat. Never had yucca fries before, it tastes so good! We enjoyed our meals. Our waitress was a young girl ( sorry I forgot her name), she was soooo friendly and cheerful. Will go back again.
