This place is one of the best bagel places in town. Their cream cheese is very fresh, bagels are always fresh and yummy and the owners greet you with a smile and fast service. Delicious, good customer service, fast and efficient. They are the best in Los Altos. So much options for bagel and bagel spread

Only four stars because I have been to better truly authentic bagel shops.. But, this is the voted Best Bagel Shop in Los Altos, A constant stream of people compared to Pete's Coffee 30 yards away and surprisingly many coming in just for coffee so they must be doing something right...

Love this place. I have read some of the other poor reviews but never myself experienced those things. Staff has always been helpful, bagels have been tasty, and my morning egg bagel has always been a great way to start my day! I don't drink coffee so can't comment on that....

Been looking for a good bagel shop since moving to the area. This place is not it. I've gone a few times at 7:15 AM on the way to work and the bagel are hard and difficult to eat. Maybe bagels are fresher later in the day.
