The food was good but nothing I'd sprint off to go tell people about it and the portion for the price was very reasonable. I did appreciate the amount of beef that was added. Also I definitely took one star off because I asked for a level 4 out of 4 for spiciness and it wasn't even a 1. I even asked for extra chilli sauce since it was take out, I added that one and at least it added a tiny kick but nothing for me since I like getting it spicy spicy. That was very disappointing. They have gluten free options-yaaay! The dish I had was tasty...tho I don't remember the name. Personally I'd prefer a cocktail but they only have wine (maybe beer also). I'll return to try another dish tho! Update! I returned a few weeks later with a friend. The food was great as on my first visit. However the service bordered on horrendous. The waiter seemed bothered by our presence. We noticed there was a huge amount of take-out activity and if i ever return to Malees it will be for take-out. Lesson learned.
