We have been to Maria’s twice now. both times were AMAZING. The food always comes out hot and fresh, they have not messed up any part of our orders and they treat my daughter (almost 5) like a family member. The staff is so sweet and very attentive (and not in an overbearing way). I actually enjoy the fact that I can watch them fill up my drink as I am a diabetic and can’t drink regular soda (bad experiences other places that gave me regular soda instead of diet because they thought it was just a preference). The dining room is very clean for how busy they are! Always a favorite! Food excellent service not all accommodating ..spent 80 bucks for 4 people which is a but high and I asked for a little fill up of queso dip for the leftover chips we were taking and he said no...so there's that. All n all good food was very good and atmosphere was really cool but service kinda sucky so he got less than 10% tip for that. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I would honestly give negative stars if I could. The burrito tasted like a gas station burrito heated up in a microwave 10 minutes before they put it on my table. It was disgusting and super chewy. The waitress did not pay attention and served it with cheese after I said no cheese. The tamales were not tamales. It was a massive slop. Once the food was served the waitress never returned, not even to deliver us the check. If you're in the area, make sure you look for another Mexican place because that one was disgusting. Taco Bell is better! The chips were stale and the salsa tasted worse than the month old pace picante in the refrigerator. The completely bland and without even hint of flavor dinner combos were far from enjoyable. We had the chimichanga dinner and an order of mixed fajitas. Unfortunately, there was positively NOTHING, that actually had some honest flavor. From the margaritas, to the meal, to the complimentary tomato juice and chips. There was absolutely nothing that had even the tiniest bit of flavor. Now 6 or 7 years ago, this place was actually a place that was at least GOOD, maybe not the BEST, but it had taste and was enjoyed. NOW it is so whitewashed, there is not even a glimmer of what once was or could have been. Unfortunately, we will not be giving it another chance. If you go there expecting Tex-Mex or what is commonly referred to as Good Mexican, you will be sorely disappointed. Best of luck to all. Maybe they will try flavor again, but I will never know. Nastiest food in town, you can taste the water they cook the beef in to render off the grease I assume? lol gross water enchiladas, yum! I think they serve expired food, their beans smelled so rotten I skipped my whole meal. i would not trust anything.
