I called ahead of my visit for information about what I planned to buy. The information given to me on the phone was absolutely wrong. I asked whether the potato soup contained pork, and was told that it did not. It's against my faith to consume pork, and so I was understandably upset to find ham in my bowl of soup. I did inform the person that was (apparently) in charge and accepted her apology, but it was a negative experience for me.
