Slowest mc on the planet every time I come here have to wait around 10-15 min for 1 chess burger. The concept is fast food not 5 star restaurant

Overcharged and told me they don't have any way to refund when paying with card, and I'd have to contact McDonald's by email to get a refund. Also regularly give the wrong items in the orders. Once gave me the drive-through order of the car in front of me, and argued for 10 minutes that it was the correct order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Its close promixity to the Sandefjord airport made it a nice place for me to grab a quick bite after my plane landes before moving onward on my Journey. Nice Staff, very friendly, got positive vibes from the manager when I needed a little favor. Very disappointed on food , the burgers were cold and only the fries were warm. First and last time at this location, I do not recomand , dirty inside and outside the trash bin was full and food all around it . Probably not enough staff but this is not how you keep a restaurant running with cold food and dirt all over the place Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The location is good and also the client service. The guys have good service. But the cleanness is terrible. The most dirty place I visited in Norway. Need urgently to be improved.

I came here Friday evening whilst waiting for a flight to arrive, it was very full both in the restaurant and at the drive through. The poor Staff were working so hard to get everyones order completed and it was clear they were struggling but they kept going and going and didnt get grumpy with the customers . They did great to work as they did under so much pressure. Good job guys i really felt for you all that evening. I hope your bosses appreciate the work you do. Meal type Dinner

Plenty of parking space, both indoor and outdoor sitting, drive through as well Good service, staff speaks English and they have some vegetarian menu as well
