I’ve been here 5 times and I’ve never had a bad experience! From the drive-thru line, to the windows, and the food - it’s all been great! Everyone is so professional and kind. It’s so refreshing because that’s hard to come by from a lot of other locations. The best location I’ve ever been to 😊👍🏼. the hamburger restaura is awesome, it has a variety of burgers with different meats, cheeses, and sauces. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and toasted. The fries are crispy and seasoned, and the drinks are cold and refrershing. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and casual. the portions are generous and the value is great. I love this hamburger restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food was cold when we got it but I can get past that i guess. The reason i will NEVER go back is because the professionalism if their staff. I accidentally ordered a sprite instead of a Dr Pepper, I apologized in the drive through and asked them to change it before I even finished ordering the rest of the food. Got to the window paid then went to the second window took the drinks. My son tells me they they didn't swap out the sprite for the Dr.Pepper so I tell the lady hey I asked for Dr.Pepper to which she wants to argue with me and tell me I was charged for a sprite. I told her I know I ordered a sprite but I changed it back there and apologized to the lady who took my order can you please swap this out. I'm holding it out to her and she's just stating at me for a good 3 seconds before she takes it and tells me to pull up and wait up there... when she brings the drink back out there is Dr.Pepper all over the top of the lid which gets spilled all over me when she hands it to me and she just walked away without apologizing or anything. No napkins in any of the bags. Smh, it is not ok to spill stuff on customers and then act like it was my fault. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to get breakfast at this place, but they keep putting the order number tag on the inside of the wrapper touching my breakfast sandwich. Not good. No other McDonald's does this

Worst McDonald's service ever. Manager is so rude. They need to to train their workers. I ordered curbside due to my quick lunch break. Sat there for 20 min. finally called them and said they would bring it out. 40 min. And nothing,called again and their like we already took you your order. I said no you did not did you ask for confirmation # ?. They put manager on phone and she starts arguing saying we already gave you your order but we'll go ahead and give you another one. I told her no not another one, I never got the 1st one and next time please ask for confirmation #. Lady she sent out only spoke Spanish and didn't even know what a confirmation number is. To whom it may concern; i have a complaint about this mcdonalds these people did not have my order ready.For one hot and spicy meal.Took about 15 min.Not ready.The two cashiers chatting along in the dri e thru.The girl with long eye lashes was very rude.Not a good mcdonald to go to.
