I sent a complaint about the service, not clean, team members coming out and sitting w friends at table, debating with each other who would take my order, NEVER have I been at a McD that is being operated like this one, the franchise should be taken away from the owner. Order my food for my lunch break at work. I ordered a medium fry and a mcchicken sandwich. Did curbside pick up. Waited 15mins at the curbside for them NOT to bring me my food. Now my lunch break is only 30mins. Had to go in to get my food that was sitting on the shelf for someone to bring it out. Also there was a young man with his nasty crusty butt sitting on the counter when I walked. Horrible horrible horrible service. If I could’ve gave no star I would have. McDonald’s has really fallen off with customer service and they will hire anyone and not even check on their stores to see how their business is doing. McDonald’s SUCKS anymore.
