The food is NEVER hot and barely warm. I can usually give my toddler fries straight out of the bag without cooling them off AND they don't have salt half time(yuck). I can easily be short a nugget OR 2. AND the app doesn't work most of the time there but will work down the way @the next location. They only get my business because they are the one McDonald's in my area that is open 24hrs and 4/5 of my visits are after midnight. Went to the only McDonald's open 24hrs so food was fare as always fries were great.. Plus my Coke didn't with paper straw which makes my day! Until next time folk's Happy trails Happy Holidays and Great New Year for All..... I have been to this location about 4 times since I moved to Richmond. Not one time have my fries been hot and fresh!! The fries are my favorite part of McDonald's but cold fries are disgusting. Today I ordered a filet o'fish, it had a miniscule drop of tartar sauce on it...I also ordered a McChicken that had no mayo at all. Come on now, get it together!
