My order was undercooked. The meat was half pink, not even close. Upon returning to the store I told the employee how much I paid, as I was not given a receipt, but they ended up not refunding the correct amount. It's pocket change so not a big deal but kind of an insult as my order was not safely cooked. The least the store could do is make sure to refund the proper amount. Food: 1 Service: 1

Like the new design and huge screens for quick ordering. However is still a fast food and not the best place to eat unless your traveling or need something quick. Breakfast is good. This McDonald’s usually hits. 99/100 times they have an issue. Today was one of those times. I wanted to grab a bite to eat before class and I placed a mobile order. I get there and they confirmed my order and even handed me my drink. They asked me to pull up to the next window and I waited there for ten minutes before knocking on the window. At first I just wanted an eta (since I had class) on the food but then no answer. Another five minutes swing by and I had to call the store to get an update. Minutes after, a lady comes and asks me what my order was. I told them my order and they remade it. Idk if they cleared my order before handing it to me or if it never made it on the grill, but this was unacceptable. This made me late and 7 cars got their hefty orders before I got my singular happy meal. All the managers offered were coupons and not even an apology for the mishap. Utterly disappointed. Shoutout to Jaime though, the good ratings are only for her and night crew. when she is on shift nothing goes wrong with my experience. Her friendly demeanor always brightens my night and it is what keeps bringing me back to McDonald’s. I guess I’ll be sticking to the night visits though. You know, if every McDonald's would compt customers meals when they were either out of something or had a broke machine, I guarantee you that would never happen. They are either out of something, or one of their machines is broke, and they can't serve one of their items. They don't have that many items. And to top it off, when I got home and looked in the bag, the fry holders were upside down and fries dumped in the bag. No attention to customer service. This location of McDonald’s has to be the worst in the state. Not once has an order been fulfilled correctly, either through drive-through or DoorDash. No matter what you order, it’s so drowned in sauce it’s near inedible. Mostly because it’s so soggy you can’t pick it up. On this occasion, I got to the window and they started asking whether I’d ordered this or that. They had no idea where they were at in the order queue. 75% of the order I eventually received was correct, so I’ll call that a win. Sliding door? Top tier. Their fries were really warm and crispy, but maybe we got lucky. Also some nice people. Interiors nice. Can't rate the drive through though, that's probably where all the negative reviews are from. But if you sit down inside it's pretty good. Went through the drive through and had placed an online order for a large meal with intentions of sharing my large fry. However, this is the half full fry I got when I pulled it out of the bag. Disappointing that I pay to upgrade the size of my meal and don’t get what I’ve paid for.
