Several times now while going to the drive through my order was short items. No going inside I was shot items I purchased! Is this on purpose? My sister and my wife have had the same thing happen multiple times! Go to another store. This one appears to be trying to make money by not giving what was paid for. The service here is just deplorable. They either need to pay these people more or find better help. I order 1 item and I asked for extra mayo and extra tomatoes. No mayo, 1 tomato and when I returned it, it took 12 minutes for them to make it right and it wasn't even the lunch rush and not busy at all inside it in drive thru. As someone who has worked for McDonald's in the past, I commend the majority of crew members and managers. They do their very best every shift, and corporate needs to understand that 75sec for the whole day from when they open until closing is next to impossible. Unless they get a bunch of robots, times will never be 75sec. I get it's fast food but there's no reason things should move that fast. If corporate doesn't change their way of thinking, they will have a strike to del with. We had a large power outage in Yuba City and Marysville, and very few food places were open. They were bombarded and handled it very well. There was about a 30-minute wait, but the staff there handled it very well even with all the rude comments from customers. If you just looked around, you could see they were working very hard to keep up, I don't know how they were able to keep up with the demand. The atmosphere wasn't that good because of rude customers. I guess the fact that there was no place to park didn't give the customers a clue that it was very busy inside.
