I think the employees work in such a toxic work environment from management that it shows in their customer service when they are dealing with customers. They are very rude anymore in drive thru 9 times out of 10 my orders are always wrong. They interrupt all the time when trying to order. They don't take the time to actually listen to the customer. Really greasy but good I got a double quarter pounder and it was very good just a little to greasy and the fries best fries I have ever had have the perfect amount of salt Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Check your receipts. They up charge items to get a few extra dollars from various orders. Store manager is a crook. His staff rang me up for a regular order and when I got to the window he deleted it and rang me up for the same thing but with a $1.80 up charge for the standard drink that's supposed to be included with the meal. This place was so unorganized it was ridiculous. Went to drive thru picked up drink. Drove to second window food wasn't ready. They had me pull up to stall. Someone pulled into the stall I was supposed to go to. I informed an employee. She said she would fix it. She went inside, came back, and delivered my food to the wrong stall. She brought out food to me it wasn't mine. She fixed that, so I thought, and I was back in the road. I get out of town open up my meal, no straw for my drink and still wrong meal.
