What do you want me to say, it's a McDonald's. Been quite a while since I've had any sort of problem there. Staff is usually pretty friendly and at worst, they're neutral and that's perfectly fine. Use the mobile app to save some money. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Love the food here! The chicken nuggets are the best. Yummi!!! For a while it seemed like they came out and filled the ice machine every time I showed up. What’s the probability of that? Drive thru for a quick bite. Double cheese burger and medium fries. The cost surprised me. I guess it's been a while since I've been there. Burger was as expected, and the fries were fresh. The McDonald's in Scappoose Oregon serves good food, quickly and in a clean environment. We have found the workers there to be very efficient and friendly. Our thanks to the owner of that McDonald's in ensuring they only hire and keep the best people. Thank you to everyone who works there! You are the best!!!

I was not made aware that they started charging for sauce. Is it only $0.25 per sauce cup, but I had ordered a large fry and wanted some sauce as I didn't want dry fries. They added the charge for the one cup, and when I asked why I got charged when I had already bought the fries they just stated that, that's how they do it now and that any sauce is considered EXTRA when not ordering nuggets. Fine, it is what it is, but then when I got my order, they didn't give me the sauce I paid for. Then, when I went in to ask for it, the ladies inside were very rude and snappy. I just don't understand why they would charge me for the sauce and then not give it to me, and then get rude and sparky about it when I came back to ask. Horrible customer service! What can you realistically expect. McDonalds over the years has been in my opinion on a decline. Prices have gone way up and the proportions are smaller and worse than other fast food chains. Service can vary day to day but I've found that it's usually consistently average from what you should expect from a chain paying staff the minimum. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

It took over 35 minutes to a get an already placed mobile order. The worker was very friendly and nice. It was clear he was overworked, underpaid and apparently his supervisor scheduled not enough workers for st..helens halloweentown parade while hes on vacation. Mcdonalds management should be ashamed. This is ridiculous, even for a McDonald's. My wife and kid went to grab a quick bite, and this is what they come home with. Unacceptable, even for fast food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let me start by saying that this McDonald's is my neighborhood location and I order from here A LOT. And 99% of the time they are lovely there and my orders have been spot on. Today, however, this was not the case. I am posting here for a couple of reasons...One - after how I was treated this morning I feel like I need to defend myself a little bit. Two - I can post a picture here and I think the picture speaks for itself. I order 3 scrambled eggs here for breakfast several times a month. It's become my go-to breakfast when I don't feel like making anything - because their scrambled eggs here are delicious! This morning I ordered 4 eggs but received a smaller portion than I normally do ordering just 3. Most times when this happens I just shrug it off and go on my way but this was so blatant that I had to go in a say something. When I did I was met with borderline rudeness from who I assume to be an assistant manager (based on her uniform). She essentially told me I was wrong, that she watched him make them herself, and that was that. When I pressed she no longer spoke to me, sending her employee to go get the manager. I soon heard her in the back saying how wrong I was and complaining about me. Then I heard the gal at the drive thru window saying something to the effect of "serve it raw." I can only assume she was talking about me as I didn't see anybody at the winder. I waited by the register for several minutes with no body acknowledging my presence there then finally the same gal that I originally spoke with came back with a bag and a "here you go." I don't normally do this but I had to take a picture, which I think speaks for itself. The top tray are the "4" eggs I was given with my original order and the bottom tray with the square eggs is of the 2 that I was given after I complained...
