Unfortunate... the drive through employee Who had one job of confirming my mobile code said that my name was unfortunate. I gave the employee my mobile code and per usual they repeat the name on the mobile order. He said that my name was unfortunate. Now I'm not the type to let things slide. I asked him "did you just say my name was Unfortunate?" and he was quite for a second. Probably realizing that he hadn't remembered to turn his speaker off. He stumbled to explain why he had said that. I corrected him, telling him that I'm named after an Egyptian Goddess and that's not unfortunate at all. I didn't come there to hear someone give their opinion on MY NAME. I went for over priced French fries and a sweet tea. When I pulled up to the window he was clearly taken aback and knew he shouldn't have said that. And I tried to just laugh it off but the more I think about it, the angrier I get. Because how dare he? We like to go in the mornings for breakfast. Staff is friendly. If you walk inside, there's virtually no wait. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One small tiny woman in the mornings is rude and always in a bad mood. Has spilled coffee on me, pulls me up pass pick up window(when nobody else is in line). Regularly gives me a coffee about 60% filled. One time she asked me to pull forward bcuz decaf coffee wasn't ready I nicely said I can just have a regular instead? No response from her other than to point for me to move forward. Lately the last 2-3x times we've ordered from this location they've been handing out +3 year old ketchup packets marked "2021". They taste awful, we've been mentioning it to them for past 2 months. Jan 1 2024 Drive-through visit Thanks to Jeff (manager)and Courtney for the very positive Customer experience they provide, AND to whomever made my sandwich just the way I requested (thus the 5 stars for Food). I previously visited one time between Dec 26 -Dec 29 in the late evening. They had started the process of closing the Dining area, however, it was still available to Walk-in customers, so I got to enjoy all the Holiday decorations. I visited this location a handful of times last year and I noticed and appreciated the tidiness of the restaurant, as well as the extra 'Interior decorating' this location does, even outside of specific holiday times; it adds a very welcoming feel to the visit, even if you can't stay to Dine In. This location is distinctive for these extra touches....and for getting my order right (thumbs up & big smile). I ordered a chocolate shake. I received this at the window. I asked the lady at the window if it was chocolate she assured me it was. All I needed was to drink it and see for myself. I took several large gulps of the shake. It does not taste like chocolate at all. This is basically a vanilla shake. The fact that I paid extra for this with my meal and I can’t enjoy it makes me feel robbed.
