This was actually Christmas night and nothing was open but this McDonald's in Richland. I hate they had to work but bless them for doing so as it was packed out with cars but they were steadily moving and food was hit. Great service and kudos to those that worked that night!! 1st time night shift of females was awesome quick polite. The second visit of males playing goofing off in back served raw #3 pink raw burger. Our doge even threw it up. Sorry just being honest. Workers were rude and made our whole experience bad . I took all 6 of my grandchildren we ended up leaving and going elsewhere . Frape machine didn't work ice cream didn't work next day went to drive thru frape worked no caramel or whipped topping. Ugh... I've ordered the same sandwich several times from this store and get different prices. I saved the receipts and showed them to the cashier. She got all pissy with me. The manager resolved the issue by showing the cashier the proper button to use for the sandwich. She was adding ingredients individually instead of as a sandwich. Just think how many other people they've been over charging when their prices are already flying through the roof.
