We were the only people in the restaurant. There was no one at the counter to take our order so we had to use the machine. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes, and are still waiting, for a cheeseburger, McChicken, and fries. McDonald’s has lost their way. They need new leadership. This is the second time I’ve been in the last few months and had the same experience at another one. They are expensive and slow. Avoid if at all possible. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This place… I can count on one hand, how many times this McDonalds has gotten my mobile order, correct. I usually get the double cheeseburger, the spicy McChicken sandwich, are the regular McChicken, and each and every time these sandwiches look like someone has thrown them against the wall inside the rapper because the ketchup or mayonnaise or lettuce, or 2 pickles (when I order extra pickles), are on the paper and not actually on the bun However. FRIES ARE ALWAYS HOT when I get my order, so big thumbs up for that. Again, even though I have to ask for ketchup, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I haven’t been fortunate enough to use Curbside but twice because they’re unavailable? So I have to go inside, instead of the drive-through, to get my order. I’m looking forward to having a pleasant experience here one day. Oh, yes they’re the ONLY McDonalds in town, by the way. If you decide to go to this only McDonald’s in Mexia Texas. … good luck.
