It's iconic. As a Dasher, I deliver more orders from here than anywhere else in town. The orders are always correct, not one complaint. I get the McDoubler & it's just right. Hold the pickles please!

World Famous Fries
On 12/4, we placed an order through the drive-thru and they forgot our 10-piece McNugget. We realized this after we got home, so I called and spoke with a manager who offered to replace them the next time we stopped by. I offered to give her the receipt number, but she said that wouldn't be necessary and stated that she wrote down our name and we just need to provide that. Tonight (12/21), we returned and gave our name, but they refused to give us the nuggets they owe because I do not know the manager's name with whom I spoke. I told them our name is supposedly written down in the office, but they wouldn't even check. So I guess they would rather lose a customer than to try and fix their mistake.

I had an issue with my mobile order and they didn’t help me at all. I needed a refund because I accidentally ordered in Clearfield instead and they said ‘sorry, can’t help you. Just get a refund.’ I went through 4 employees that didn’t know anything about the app. Maybe do some more training and they didn’t help me with the refund. They just told me something that I told them. 🙄

Food is usually decent and made right, service is ok unless you get the certain one or two employees that hate their life. Dining room needs to be cleaner, lots of flys. My main issue is with the way the employees treat the food runner named Josh. I'm not sure but I feel like he has a touch of down syndrome or autism or some kind of special need. Anyway, this poor guy cleans tables, takes care of trash and runs food out for curbside and drive thru. My girls and I eat inside and every single time we're there the employees are SO incredibly mean to this man. It's honestly disgusting the way he gets treated you all should be ASHAMED of yourself for speaking to and yelling at this guy the way you all do. Next time I'm in there and it happens there's gonna be an issue cuz we've been in four times over the past few weeks and it's EVERY time I'm there. He may take it cuz he doesn't know any better but I DO know better and y'all need to be put in your place and reality checked. Making $18 an hour and you can't be decent to this guy? Get real. Be better. Like, a LOT better.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered a quarter pounder and it was red inside. Absolutely disgusting!!! The meal that we got included a medium milkshake and fries and cost us over $12. This is ridiculous!!!
