I did a mobile order and received my food in a timely manner. I checked my food and they messed up my order so I went in and asked them to fix it. With that the employees proceeded to treat me with disrespect and argued with me about my order. They got it wrong again and I asked them where my other sandwich was and the girl threw the bag at me when she fixed it the last time.

The employee's are very friendly and nice, The inside and outside and restrooms are very clean. But they need to work on their speed in the kitchen on getting food ready and out of the kitchen faster like the drive thru for instance. And also getting the orders correct seeing that they are right on a screen in front of them.

There are two McDonald’s in clearfield. I always go to the other one because the one by I-80 always messes up somehow. The lady taking my order was so sweet and nice. I asked for a hot caramel mocha and large Dr Pepper. The second window handed me an iced mocha. I said how I ordered it hot. She put it in a cup for hot drinks, but it is still ice cold. And I didn’t get a straw for my Dr Pepper. I will continue the extra drive and go to the one in downtown clearfield.

I ordered on the app. Waited 20 minutes for my order. When I finally got my order, I had to wait even longer to get my food because the employee was on their phone, and the employees were very rude. The food was lukewarm, how hard is it to have decent food in the evening? Burger King is 30 seconds away, and it's 30 times better than this place.
I haven't had McDonald's in a while, and now I know why I didn't order from here for so long. The place is extremely disappointing. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Not even deserving of one star, but Google will only let me give them one star. 0/10

We ordered on the machine, took the delivered to table option, but did not get it.😒 The woman in charge just called out our table number. When I went up to collect our food (Not ready for "eat in" as selected) which was in a bag, I asked about cups for drinks but was ignored

Mobile order. Waited 10 minutes in line because person in front of me in drive thru ordered Sweet Tea and none was made then my food was cold and Fish Sandwich pictured. Ugh
Solid 4 McDonald’s location. I’ve stopped by here many times as I drive cross country and they’re one of the fastest locations in the country. Literally, I order and have my food every time in under a minute. The Big Macs are pretty good and the fries are usually perfect. Whoever is working there early in the mornings does a pretty good job as well. Sometimes whoever is working the loudspeaker isn’t the best, but never any terrible issues.
