Recently I ordered drive-thru, after months of not eating at McDonald's. Much better total quality food when "Cooked to order", was suggested by the employee that mentioned how when I asked. If somehow someone gets your order not quite right, the manager will make it right the next time! 90 percent of the tables were dirty. Restrooms had no toilet paper. Floor dirty. Food was good. The employees acted as if they didn't care.

That Double Big Mac was excellent. I dock them 2 stars on, table and floor cleanliness. It was about 4 in the afternoon and one would think they'd had enough time to clean up after the lunch rush. Real Frosty “Frosty” The Snowman

It's McDonalds. However, you can have a Mcdonalds that doesn't stop serving breakfast at exactly 10:30, when you've been waiting in line since 10:22. You could have a McDonalds that doesn't have workers smoking right by the drive through and letting the smoke roll into your car while you order. You could have a McDonalds that doesn't serve cold Mcchickens on a hard bun. You can have a McDonalds that doesn't refuse to fix another Mcflurry because they made it 5 minutes before the food was done and handed it to you as a warm liquid. But this is Fort Scott - so I guess we can't have that kind of McDonalds.

Schedule says they open at 4:30 am that is not true. Employees stand there and act like they don’t see you and refuse to open on time. Lazy employees

I only go to McDonald's when on the road . Most of the time, the drive-through is lousy, but last night, the older gentleman working the drive-through was a gem 💎 He was polite and seemed to care if his customers came back. I hope he continues to work there cause they need more people like him working for them. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
