Don't forget to eat good ice cream at this fast food. Great iced coffee is worth trying here. Clients don't highly appreciate fish sandwiches at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. As most reviewers notice, the atmosphere is enjoyable. We ordered from the McDonalds App. We waited 20 minutes and no food. My husband went in to get food. Another 15. They claim they gave our food to the other customer. Not true because other customer had ice cream and we didn’t. Did nothing to compensate us for our 35 minute wait. Ordered a big Mac, after driving 15 minites home I realized there was no meat on the burger. After driving back you cannot get help at the counter and they offered nothing for wasting my time. Incompetence shines bright at this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 15 minutes for cold rock hard food that was actually hard to eat only 20 minutes after they started serving lunch. Ordered through drive through and was at the second window. A larger truck pulled up behind me so naturally I pulled up by the side door to receive my food so the truck was able to get to the window. The woman at the drive through proceeded to yell “ma’am, why did you pull up” with a very rude and snarky tone. I was just trying to make things easier for everyone. I then waited even longer for my freezing cold food. She gave me a nasty look when giving me my food and said nothing when giving me my food. Fries were warm my burger was cold. They took at least 20-30 minutes to get us our food at dine in. Priorities were drive thru then the people who came in after us who ordered to go came first. The dining area was updated but not kept clean. Bathroom was okay but could have been better. Yes, it was a Saturday afternoon. Even more reason to be staffed properly. Pulled in and noticed a big line in the drive through so I figured I’d go inside. when I stepped through the doors I thought I was on an episode of Hell’s Kitchen. All I heard was the manager in the back yelling “I need more sausage!” “Drop more biscuits!” At 9:45 I ordered my food A number 6 with a large drink. I didn’t get my food until 10:15 and when the young lady handed me my food I asked if there was anyway I could get a pie or something and she asked “did you order a pie?” I replied “no but I did just wait 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich from a McDonald’s” she said to wait a second and so when I was filling up my drink she popped her head around the corner and said “my manager said no” I just turned around and said “oh ok sweet!” After 30 minutes I’m finally in my car going to eat my food and I take the first bite and of course it’s stone cold. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before we got to the store and they hadn't even started it when I arrived. The manager who was "assisting me" didn't say two words to me until after I stood there waiting for five minutes when she handed me my food and just repeated my order back. No "thanks for your patience" "sorry that took a while" or anything. I even had to get my cokes myself - what was the point of doing a mobile order, again? Manager on shift this morning 9/16/23 not sure of his name, glasses and tattoos. He's extremely nice he has made sure everyone is taken care of, there was a was a bit of a wait for food and he asked everyone if they needed anything while they wait and got people their cups so they could get a drink. I heard him ask someone to put gloves on, many people let that slide but he didn't, he's up and working with everyone as a team. Thank you sir. *update* went there again today 11_16_2021 I know this is weird but they forgot 2 items in my bag. Was in such a rush I didn't stop and make sure even though I know they are forgetful but it's sad that I have to check my entire bag everytime I check out. I get hard workers are hard to find but come on. You all have ti make enough off the food we oay fir and don't give us to offset those issue. Since the day this McDonald's has been renovated its been awful. I am really sad this is the only place in town open to get food and it always messed up. GET IT TOGETHER UP THERE Shame Second and last time I will ever come here. Such a shame because this is literally a brand new McDonald's. Twice now I've been here I asked for no cheese. Not only do they put cheese on there but 2 slices at that. Made a deal out of it today and they assured me they would make it without cheese. Shame on me for not pulling over and checking in the parking lot. Super disappointed with this McDonalds.
