Got to love waiting in the drive thru and watching them had your food to the car in front of you then they had the food back because it’s not there’s just for them to turn around and hand it to you, when the food goes out the window how is it allowed to come back in and go out again, and with waiting 18 mins in the drive through just for the cheese no to be melted this one is by far the worst around Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited at drive thru for 5 minutes while girl took order from the car in the lane next to mine. Another car pulled up in the other lane as the car was pulling away. She proceeded to take his order and completely ignored me. I then decided to go in and complain… and take my order, needless to say, it was chaos! No one at register to take order for 10 minutes: Ended up walking out! This is not the first time. I won’t go back! They are understaffed and overwhelmed! Whoever owns this particular franchise should definitely reassess. Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst out there. No one in drive through line. Took them over 3 minutes just to answer the intercom. Guy counting money only had to give me 9 dollars back. He started having change in his hand from register. Took over 30 seconds to hand me 9 dollars. I'm the only person at the window and it's taking them over 7 minutes to hand me a simple order. This place is trash, can’t open up doors as if we’re still in lock down .. they keep people waiting in drive thru line with hopes of not working and making customers leave.. don’t come over the speaker until five minutes of waiting in line .. phone is disconnected. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get the f out and get somebody in that knows how to manage time and make money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive thru and ordered two large meals. I didn’t receive half of my order. Don’t come here if you actually want food. Terrible service and the guy at the window acted like I had some disease. Awful service, awful food, awful overall. One of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. They take forever to get you your food, even when there’s nobody else in line. They get most orders wrong or they just straight up purposely mess with it. Last time I ordered a steaks, egg and cheese and they gave me bacon instead of the steak. Last time I checked the steak was more expensive. Stealing money from customers is crazy. Update: Okay you can see my first review was pretty terrible. Lately though this McDonalds has stepped it up. I am very grateful for that because I have a sick family member and we have been relying on McDonalds for quick and easy food. The past 3 times we have ordered in the last couple of months the Quarter Pounders With Cheese were so delicious. They were very cheesy and well-cooked with no room for complaint. Thank you for taking any concerns seriously. If it keeps up we will keep going to this McDonalds as it is conveniently right near my house. I have pumped up the stars for this effort and I believe that when people improve they should be rewarded. Thank you closer McDonalds. This is one of the worst McDonalds...stay away if you value not ending up with food poisoning. Tonight I received a completely raw Quarter Pounder with Cheese. I had two, one seemed okay, or at least I hope it was. The second one was completely raw and splitting the meat apart revealed red raw meat. Awhile back I received two raw Quarter Pounders with Cheese. They had messed up our order and given us someone elses order and when my Brother went back to complain, the smart aleck cooking decided to give us the big middle finger by making sure the meat was not cooked. The first time I ever visited this McDonalds it took about half an hour just to get a hot chocolate and a coffee. Employees were standing around complaining about how they didn't want to work at McDonalds. This is by my house, but I avoid it and try to visit the McDonalds in Livonia. The service at this location is inconsistent. The food is generally prepared well, except for the old fries they served me today. Pictures with times visible for your viewing pleasure...i ordered a sausage end egg biscuit (i added cheese and got charged for it as well). I received a sausage patty on a biscuit...dining room closed due to staffing (although several workers observed outside chilling with a huge line in the drive through). Had to go back through and wait.. while waiting they said they lost power. I pulled up, observed that power was on (see pictures). Who i believed to be the manager approached the window i explained exaxtly what i ordered he took it and only slapped a slice of cheese on it (so now i have a sausage patty and cheese no egg yet). I backed the car up and the woman who originally took my order and payment went back and put egg on my sandwhich (in my opinion the only employee working at the time to include the manager that was worth interacting with. She was the only one i observed that was there to work so kudos to her)... all in all it was 30 minutes from when i arrived to when i pulled off... oh and half the menu items were unavailable as well. First and last time visiting this location. Manager needs to be fired immediately (i even showed him my receipt before he disrespectfully didnt correct my sandwhich his subbordinate employee did. . If i coukd give 0 stars i would.

This McDonald’s is awesome. The team is always very attentive, the food is served nice and hot, and the restaurant is never dirty. To top it off, they have complimentary EV chargers in their parking lot, and there’s virtually never a line. Combine these facts with this location offering 24 hour service, and it explains why this McDonald’s is always my first choice for fast food whenever I’m in the area.
