Always has the rudest and nastiest attitude when I use the drive through.. keep flipping them burgers ole big girl. Never has friendly or happy customers service.. I’ve never once felt happy leaving this specific place. Idk what it is but they all aren’t friendly! Would recommend the drive down anywhere else but here.. DO NOT GO Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My nuggets and fries were both fresh. And the guy brought it out to me at the table and even ask me if I wanted ketchup and brought that back to me as well. Asked for a coffee with a cup of ice on the side, they gave me half cup of coffee which seemed like someone had already drank from it. I also requested a ham, cheese and English muffin the ham seemed liked like it was almost rubber. Awful experience! I don't recommend this McDonald's! Please if you can avoid it. Please do so. I was traveling from San Diego to Az early in AM. Needed fresh coffee and to use restroom. Stopped at McDonalds on Monterey off of 10 about 5:50am. Sign said dining room opened at 6am. Another person walked up, right about 6am. We waited until about 6:15 while 3 employees clearly saw us standing there we were ignored… went to door by where employee was working and knocked on door. Employee said ‘not open’. I pointed to the posted hours. He left and came back and said he would let me in to use restroom but that was it. I asked why, and he said ‘my manager said so…’… wasted 33 minutes with no sign, no explanation, no courtesy at all…. When stopping during a long trip, last thing you want to come across.
