Here you may drink good iced coffee. Visitors don't highly appreciate double cheeseburgers and ice cream at this fast food. McDonald's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Here you will pay affordable prices. The atmosphere is calm, as clients see it. Placing the order went very quickly, the line for taking orders, and paying was very efficient. However, when it came to getting my food at first I was given the wrong order, then I was told to pull up to wait, and it took 10 minutes for someone to bring me 2 Crispy Chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. It felt like I was completely forgotten about, while they were just worried about the people behind me. I understand that there was a long line behind me in the drive thru, but there wasn't any line inside the store, and my order was placed correctly so it shouldn't have taken that long for it to be brought to me, unless they messed up a bunch of orders behind me too, and gave my food to someone else.

I went to the Saco Mcdonald’s at 9:50 pm and I swear the employees must have smoked weed before their shifts?? the person handing me the food (second window) told me to pull forward. he tried yelling back at me through the window to pull in reverse, but, there was already someone behind me. he was complaining that he couldn’t hand me the food, but i…. did what he asked? our order was also missing both fries……. mcdonald’s employees need to smoke less weed on their shifts fr. The service takes forever, the food is cold and also way over priced. Literally its the same cost for my family of 5 to go to five guys. Mcdonalds used to be cheap for example 5 years ago I could get 2 hash browns for a dollar, then they doubled in price then doubled again. I don't eat here anymore it is too overpriced and all the employees appear miserable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waited in line for twenty minutes when I made it to the ordering screen they just didn’t respond. I backed out went around and they told me they where closed. I explained to her I had been in line waiting and she said too bad it was 1040 when I got in line! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everything was cold and dried out. Took over 20 minutes to do a mobile pickup. This location is possibly the worst in the state. Forgets items every time as well. Had to wait an additional almost 10 minutes for the drink they forgot this time. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2

I ordered a #6 fish sandwich meal . Was charged 12$$ . When I sat down to eat my fish sandwich I found 2 cheeseburgers instead. I was hungry and lines at counter so I ate the cheeseburgers and left without saying anything. Also couldn't find any condiments like salt, and ketchup. Also I thought drinks came with meal price but was upcharged .50 cents for small black coffee. So not what I had expected and cheeseburgers were ok. Not sure if price was correct for cheeseburgers when I ordered fish. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

The food was great. The place was nice and clean. We used the touch screen to place our order inside. At the time I only had cash on me. The kiosk told me to pay at the counter, but no one was there. We took a seat in view of the counter. After 15 minutes. I stood at the counter for another 5. When I was finally approached. I asked why my order was taking so long and they told me I didn't have an order in the system. So a word to the wise. Even though the kiosk has the option to pay with cash. When you pick that option. It erases your order lol. I Still love McDonald's Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Enjoy brewed iced tea which is available in either sweet (a little too sweet) and unsweetened. You can request 1/2 of each which balances out the sweetness quite nicely. It would be a major improvement if their tea was stronger especially during hot weather when ice quickly dilutes it into a nearly tasteless overly sweet beverage. I come here all the time because of how close it is to my house. I get the same thing every time. Chicken Nuggets that are well done. They have done it every time with no complaints. Today, I was told that “they don’t do that and they’ve never done that”with the rudest attitude. She continued to say “you can get them how they come or not at all”. Which is a lie because I go there almost every day for my lunch break. Regardless, I left and went to Biddeford McDonald’s that didn’t even question it when I ordered. I’ll be going to the biddeford McDonald’s from now on.
