Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters serve nicely cooked burgers, chicken nuggets and crispy chicken sandwiches here. Get your meal started with delicious tea. This McD is always spot on for service and being courteous to their customers. Drive thru is fast despite the line. Food is always served hot which is a delight. Orders are wrong half the time or more in this location. Staff is changed out almost completely about every 3 months. If you're coming to Florence as a tourist or for a quick vacation, I would reccomend saving your money for one of the artisan restaurants around. Though they may seem a bit pricey, so is McDonald's nowadays for some, and the quality has not gone up along with cost. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very good for McDonalds and fast food style. However the drive thru parking doesn't work well when someone has an order that isn't quite ready. It blocks other folks trying to get out from behind the parked vehicle. Otherwise service was prompt.
