Yeah, so I waited for about ten minutes in total for my order. Five of those minutes included waiting at the order box for the cashier to get their act together. The cashier was not necessarily rude, but short with me. I received my food and the buns were stale and burnt to heck. I'd also like to make a note to the OWNER of the establishment. Between the hours of 3AM-4AM, there is one particular male cashier who keeps telling me the system is being updated. I get it. I had to do that before as well. But it is a rather suspicious time period. An entire hour? I've never had to wait that long for a system to update when I was a cashier. He may be pocketing the money outright and simply not ringing up the order, just opening the register. Keep note on when he is ringing up people. Is he actually confirming sales or just pressing the till button? Is he charging what the customer ordered or is he cooking the books and charging for smaller priced items, and then pocketing the money difference? Ordered a chicken sandwich and they forgot my chicken patty. Was on lunch and had to drive back to get my chicken patty and was late back to work. Not only was late but cost me more gas to go back and forth. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

In the customer dining area, an employee and someone I assume was a manager were having a heated discussion about the employee's working conditions. It was very annoying, and frankly, it was an inappropriate conversation to have in a public area. I took my food and moved to a quieter area to make the best of it. I went to get some good and they told me to pull up and wait. I waited 15 minutes, watching other people get their food and leave before I eventually left. ☆My family & I grabbed a quick meal as my daughter loves the French fries as much as I do. As automated as the McDonald's process is, consistency is generally achieved, yet it comes down to the efforts of the employees. On this night, the fries were hot & fresh & the burgers tasty. They were nice enough and got my food out to me, but it was terrible. I admit I don't eat at McDonald's much, but I was starving, in a rush, and it was the only close drive through restaurant. I figured a quarter pounder with cheese would take the edge off until I could get something else later. It tasted like salty ketchup mush and made me sick to my stomach. You know your food is going to be good when the server says “be careful the fries are very hot!” And they were. So were the nuggets and Big Mac. Everything tasted as if they prepared while we waited. We even sat for a minute which is rare at McDonald’s and I couldn’t be happier. I’d trade a longer wait every time for fresh hot food which this location delivered. McDonalds can be hit or miss but today was my lucky day because they knocked my order out of the park. The only negative was the bbq sauce which they have no control over. Wow. This place was busy and booming. A very professional and kindly woman, I did not get her name, served us. She was wonderful. Very helpful and courteous. My nephew was excited about a Grimace so my something or other. She steered us through the order to everyone's satisfaction. Everyone was working hard for the Holiday crowd. It was a good thing.
