Enjoy good fish at this fast food when you happen to be near it. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good frappes or good tea. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Reidville rd McDonald’s!!!!!! My boyfriend ordered his lunch from here and had a bandaid in his food they took the sandwich from him told him no one was wearing a bandaid and couldn’t have got into his food that way but how the hell else would it get there? Then refused to remake his order … I will be calling corporate for him and making a very formal complaint and he’s been sick throwing up since he took that bite out that burger but can’t afford to leave his job to go to the ER so when he gets home we will be doing so and for the manager that dismissed this I’ve worked for many restaurants and your supposed to have gloves on over bandaids so your not making your employees follow food safety precautions and that’s terrible what if that person has AIDS and my man bit into that sandwich and now has to go through all this testing to make sure none of y’all nasty people have given him a disease …. Y’all really messed up this time cause I’m not backing down from this y’all are nasty as hell!

I don't know why its so freaking hard to just put sweet and sour and ketchup in the bag. Literally every single time I get food here they forget one, on top of that nuggets are rarely fresh and same with the fries. If I could recommend one thing it would be to go to the McDonald's by academy. Apparently their manager cares about the quality of the food they sell. Not this place though. Avoid if you can. Worst evening crew. 30 minutes to process 5 cars through the drive through at 8:10 pm. I don't know what the Bottleneck was, but the staffing at the windows was not occupied so it had to be issues in the kitchen. My last order looked as if it was retrieved from the garbage. The bun was scraped of mustard and ketchup, literally dry as if someone made a must. One of my patties was missing some of the middle section, as if it was stuck to something and was pulled apart, with no pickles or onions. I waited for my order, and the fries were not even hot. 😩 Disappointed! I did not even have the time to return because I had to rush to work. Needless to say, I didn't get to eat. No one answered the business phone, and they won't except a remake without the product. I work 12 hr shifts, and they are closed by the time I get off. I just wasted my money. Im not a fan of fast food but today my tummy was screaming and I just came to buy a burger they were busy but everything was ok the costumer service excellent, but there was two ladies (costumer) in front of me waiting in the drive tru, so they were being so disrespectful with the girl in the door, i dont know what happend to their food but i saw the employee trying to help and this two ladies at the car were screaming like crazy and insulting this girls that were just helping and doing their job, this happen in the night. This costumers were screaming at the employee telling her stupid and threatening her, please people dont be rude with the employee everybody deserve respect.

This McDonald's does an INCREDIBLE Amount Of Business !!!!! I've been a patron here since it opened, Years Ago!! I live close to it, in a nice subdivision. A very pretty area, lots of trees/landscaping with everyone around this area. The food is 99% Perfect when it comes through the Window!! Usually it's 💯, if you give your Drive Thru order slow & clear enough so that the Person on the RUSHED end can get it down right. IF Anything is Wrong, the Store Will Fix It, and Apologize!!!!! I did not get napkins in my bag when I ordered and I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting on someone to give us napkins the tables were all dirty in the play area and no one was going around cleaning the restaurant. I went to the counter and asked for a rag to wipe the tables off and they just gave me some napkins no one offered to clean the tables. I went to the bathroom and wet the napkins and wipe the tables off myself the whole time we was there no one ever came out and wiped off any tables or cleaned up in the restaurant it would be nice if someone could stand at the front register and assist you when you needed it instead of standing in the Togo line waiting on someone to bring up an order and ask for napkins or ketchup the food was great just the service was terrible Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is a hole! Filthy dirty inside and gross bathroom! Very slow employees and poor management. I actually had to cancel my order and leave because of how long it took them to prepare it. It has such a closed-off feel between the kitchen and the order area, compared to how they used to be. It was dirty inside and out. We ordered at the kiosk which went well. Food was good. Plenty of seating available inside and no line to wait in.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They usually just mess up our order every time we come here. But it’s the closest one to our house. Today was just unacceptable. Fries were hard cold, smelled and tasted like sewer. Yes, we tried a few. I threw up. Hamburger meat was raw. Definitely not going back to this McDonald’s. We stop here often to get my son a happy meal. Definitely not risking it. I rather drive 25 minutes. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
